UAE Lifeguard Championship 2026

'Welcome Back" to the UAE Lifeguard Championships. We invite lifeguards from across the region to enter and compete in various challenges that test their physical fitness, rescue skills, and ability to work as a team - or enter the event as an individual.

Lifeguards are the unsung heroes of our beaches and pools, working tirelessly to keep swimmers safe and secure. They undergo rigorous training and possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform life-saving acts at a moment's notice. The UAE Lifeguard Championships is not only a display of their abilities but also an opportunity for them to learn from one another and improve their skills. Each challenge has been designed to simulate real-life scenarios and push the lifeguards to their limits.
