Participants may register for up to 3 sports and a total of 7 events, provided there are no scheduling conflicts. Before you register, make sure to review the Competition Schedule — it’s essential for selecting the right events!

UPON CHECK-IN, YOU’LL RECEIVE 90% OF YOUR REGISTRATION FEE BACK ON A CONVENIENT MONEY CARD, REDEEMABLE ACROSS THE UAE FOR DINING, HOTELS, EXPERIENCES, AND MUCH MORE!

Refunds: To receive a full refund, requests must be submitted by 15 December 2025. No refunds will be processed after this deadline.

TEAM REGISTRATION PROCESS

Team Captain

1. Must register first to initiate team setup
2. Completes the team creation during registration
3. Can invite others via unique invitation links:

• Team Athletes
• Coaches / Assistant Coaches
• Non-Playing Officials
• Family / Supporters

Team Athletes (Pairs, Fours, or Larger Teams)

• Cannot register independently
• Must join the team using an invitation link sent by the Team Captain
• Automatically assigned the “Athlete” role upon joining
• If also entering individual events, athletes can register separately for those events
