Dubai's most exciting vertical race returns, celebrating its 12th anniversary!

The annual M1Run combines a 1.2km incline run followed by over 700 steps in the staircase from the 7th to the 42nd floor of Media One Hotel & Tower. Are you ready for the ultimate challenge?

There is no need to be scared of the stairs! Join the challenge with prices starting from AED150 for individual participants or AED199 including breakfast and AED500 for team sign-ups (4 people) or AED699 including breakfast for team of 4, where you can win over AED10,000 in prizes, goody bags and medals to record your achievements.
