Asia Intercontinental Marathon

100 lucky athletes will join runners from across the world when they arrive in Dubai for the Asian leg of the 7 Marathons in 7 Days on 7 Continents - THE WORLD MARATHON CHALLENGE 2026.

This 42.2km marathon and 21.1km half marathon will comprise of multiple laps around the Expo City Dubai site and take in the stunning evening and night time sounds and lights of Al Wasl Dome. 60+ International athletes are expected to arrive from Australia at 11am at the Al Maktoum International Airport and will be transported to the start line for a 2pm start. There is an 8 hour cut off time to complete the marathon whereafter they will board a plane and head for Spain and do it all over once they land there. Dubai runners will join in the race and offer support and camaraderie as you all complete the respective laps for this unique and inspiring marathon.
