ARENA Open Water Swim: Race 1

As part of the GRIT+TONIC.com Sports Festival weekend, start your morning off with a 200m, 400m, 800m, The Mile (1600m), 2.5km or 5km swim in the clear, calm flat waters of Mamzar Beach Park. Enter once and swim in as many of the shorter distance races on offer (1600m and shorter). Plenty of lifeguards out on the water, music on land to keep you moving and lots of action in the water. The ARENA swim invites swimmers of all ages and abilities to come and put their swim skills to test and enjoy all the post-race facilities that the park has to offer. Make it a family and friends affair and enjoy a day out in the water and on the beach.

MAMZAR BEACH PARK is a 106-hectare park that has five beaches, each with its unique personality and atmosphere, changing rooms, showers, and restrooms at each beach, and the park also sports swimming pools, a skate park, picnic areas, barbeque facilities, and chalets, making it easy to enjoy an entire day or more. The park also features solar-powered smart benches with WiFi.
